Compared to the wood plywood, bamboo plywood has several strong points:

1.       Our Kexin Bamboo form boards and plywood are exceedingly strong, tough and robust, with a comparative strength ratio of between 4-10 times that of traditional plywood and have between 8 -10 times higher deflection rigidity.

2.       We manufacture our bamboo form boards and plywood in accordance to traditional dimensions of 2440mm *1220mm. This is therefore highly practical and efficient as compared with steel templates of 1500mm * 300mm. Our boards reduce the number of support beams normally required on site, dramatically speed up mounting and dismounting and save time, labourers and materials. 

3.       Our Kexin Bamboo form boards and plywood are perfectly flat and smooth, and remain so after many uses. Accordingly little or no release agent is required as the boards are easy to remove after forming. Our products have 1/8^th the absorbability of steel templates and allows for plastering to be omitted.

4.       Due to the extraordinary natural characteristics of bamboo, our products are highly water resistant, anti-corrosive, pest resistant and robust and enjoy little or no deformation in areas of use with high moisture content.

5.       Our products are long lasting with significantly more applications and uses per board over the measured service life of the product. Accordingly the cost per cement or concrete pour is far less than competitive products, saving our customers money.

6.       Little thermal conductivity and excellent heat preservation in cold working environments.
