Film faced bamboo plywood

 is made of plies of bamboo curtain and veneer. It has high strength and smooth surface.

All of bamboo plywood material is made from bamboo. The core is layers of bamboo curtain, The surface:   1. poplar veneer+ 120g/ paper, 

It is specially use as formwork/concrete shuttering. For normal plywood, it only can be reused for 2 or 3 times. But our bamboo board can be use 20-80 times in turnover. And it depends on many factors, how you take care of the board, if use the bamboo board on the construction directly, it will decrease the time of reuses, if fix it into the steel frame, then will protect the surface.  

WBP adhesive is used in the bonding of the layers to give the maximum stability to the stability of the bamboo plywood in all conditions of use.

DIMENSIONS

At moment, our standard sheet size is 1220mm x 2440mm, the normal thickness is vary from 8-21mm. Our factory is extending now, our longest size will be 2700mm for the coming year 2009.

PACKAGING

The bamboo plywood is often packed in nude when load into the container, because it can fill the container full. If packed in pallet, then about 100sheets will decrease in one 20FT container.

MATERIAL

All layers of the bamboo plywood sheet are bamboo curtain. The veneer is poplar + paper (120g/)

The adhesives used in the bonding of the veneers are MR (moisture resistant) to ensure stability of the plywood during all weather conditions and applications.

FORMWORK MAINTENANCE

1.      During use, impacting by hard articles, scratching by acute tools, tapping by crowbars, random flinging and throwing, reinforcing steel bars dragged on the templates are strictly forbidden.

2.      When a bamboo plywood template is used for 2 times, the drop-off liquids shall be painted up, and clean the surface in using for each time.

3.      Disassemble the bamboo plywood templates, and separate them from the ground, cushioned by wood columns downside, level up on corners and stocks. Please make preparations for anti-sunshine and anti- raining when they will be stored for a long time or during use.

4.      If theres a hole in the template, use putty, the mixture of: Gesso + glue (woodworker use) to fill with it.
